Step 1a- Contest Type

Once you click on "Create Contest" you will get all the options to customize and create contests with a lot of options.

In Step 1, You can set

Contest Name - You can Give a Name for your contest

Contest Type - Either Give your participants with Prize or Instantly Reward them for actions taken inside the contest along with a final prize.
